How can we repair a MySQL table?

There are three syntax  to repair MySQL table.

REPAIR TABLE table_name
REPAIR TABLE table_name QUICK
REPAIR TABLE table_name EXTENDED

If QUICK is given, MySQL will repair index tree.
If EXTENDED is given, it will create index row by row.
